I have been using another service since 1995, but after stumbling upon Naperville Chimney on Facebook and minding their posts of training, safety, thoroughness with modern technology and tools. I called for an estimate of typical services. Perhaps I should not say this, but I expected to hear double the estimate! I expected a final report of similar to the previous cleanings; I was shocked to see first-hand the camera views showing multiple issues that need to address before next season.
